An Over/Under line will be shown with .5 in the end, or in some cases with an even number. If the Over/Under line is an even number and the correct result is equal to it, your stake is refunded.

Handicap: Handicaps are types of bets where special conditions are set for declaring the winner of a game for betting purposes—regardless of the real outcome of the game. Unibet offers 3 different types of handicap betting: Line Handicap, 3-Way Handicap and Asian Handicap.

Asian Handicap betting: Asian Handicap is a form of betting where one of the teams, the underdog, is given a head start in order to balance a match. This means that they are given a virtual lead in the match whilst the favourites are given the equivalent minus handicap, for instance -0.5 and 0.5.
If you place a bet on -0.5 (also known as 'half ball'), your bet will bet will be successful if your team wins. If you place a bet on 0,5 your bet will be successful if your team wins or the match ends with a draw.

Line Handicap betting: If a bet has been placed on the event Chelsea -1.5 vs Watford +1.5 and the fulltime score is 3-0 the following will apply:Bets on Chelsea will pay out; even though Chelsea are penalised they count as the winning bet as 3 minus 1.5 is 1.5 which equals 1.5 goal win.

3-Way Handicap betting: In a 3-Way Handicap, the line is set so that there can also be a draw outcome, giving you 3 potential bets. Example: Chelsea - Werder Bremen (0-1). If the result is 1-0, the outcome of the bet is a draw,1-1; if the result is 2-0, the outcome of the bet is a home win, 2-1; If the result is 1-1 or 0-1, the outcome of the bet is an away win, 1-2 or 0-2.

Head to Head: Sometimes shown as H2H. A bet on which contestant will finish furthest ahead in an event. It can also be a bet on whether a specific event will even happen. Example: Will Beckham get a yellow card—yes or no?

HT/FT is a bet on the outcome at half or full time. For example, if you bet Real Madrid to win at half time and full time, Real Madrid has to be leading at half time and be the winner at full time.

Outright: A single bet on the winner of an event at fixed odds.

Win/Place: A version of an Outright bet where you bet on a contestant’s placement at the end of a season or set period. Example: On a big football league outright you can often bet on if the team will be champions (Win) or finish top 4 (Place) If you believe a team will do well in the league but not win, this provides you with an extra betting option.
